ABOUT SUSA HOBBYHORSES

I have made up to a 100 horses and I make every horse carefully with love. I have been making hobbyhorses since 2014.

I want to do my best so that your horse lasts in a good condition as long as possible. Every stitch in your horse is sewn by hand and sewing mashine. The ears are hardened and I ship the horse with fillings and a stick in a durable cardboard box.

Most importantly all your wishes will be taken into consideration making the horse.

Terms of order

TERMS OF ORDER

you must have a permission from a parent or guardian to order (if you are under 18), they must be aware of the end cost and agree to these terms
once the horse is ready the payment must be done within 4 days via bank transfer or paypal
- in case you are not happy with the end result and want to cancel the order you don't have to pay but this requires you expresses these feelings with words. It is always possible to adjust some small things if you are not happy with the result too. Remember to communicate!
- the payment time can be negotiated in special ocations, preferably with an adult or parent
Once the comission order is placed no changes can be made anymore
By placing a comission order you agree to these terms.

HOW TO ORDER?

Comission queue: open

At the moment it is possible to send me a order application when the order queue is open. I will answer to the application as a confirmation and we can further discuss the details of the order. After I'm able to start making your horse it should take 1 to 3 weeks to be ready.
